User Report

A Site Admin can generate and export four types of reportsโ€“CONTENT Report, USERS Report, FINANCE Report, and USAGE Report.

To open the Reports page, click the Reports icon on the left panel. There are four tabs for the four report types, CONTENT, USERS, FINANCE, and USAGE.

In the USERS tab, you can

  • Generate reports for any particular user group
  • Generate a report for a specific user with the help of their username
  • Filter based on the From and To dates of joining
  • Find out the number of times a user has viewed a Learning Object within a Catalog Item
  • Download reports in Excel files

To generate a USER report based on user type:

  1. Open Reports Page.
  2. Click the USER tab.
  3. From the SELECT USER TYPE drop-down menu, choose the user type for which the report needs to be generated. This is a mandatory field.
  4. Click the calendar icon to choose the From and To dates.
  5. Click USER DUMP. A preview of the report will be displayed.
  6. Click EXPORT REPORT to download the report as an Excel file.ย 

To generate a USER report for a particular user:

    1. Open Reports Page.
    2. Click the USER tab.
    3. Enter the email address of the user in the Username field. This is a mandatory field.
    4. Click GENERATE. A preview of the report will be displayed.
    5. Click the + symbol at the left of any Catalog Item to expand it. All the Catalog Items or Learning Objects with that Catalog Item will be displayed.

The View Count column of the table will be populated only for the final Learning Objects that are within the Catalog Items. They are not applicable for Catalog Items and Classrooms.

    1. Click EXPORT REPORT to download the report as an Excel file.
