Add Functional Areasย 

To open the Functional Area settings, hover over the Settings icon on the left panel. Then click the Manage Functional Area icon. The Functional Area settings page opens. You can create, edit, and delete functional areas which are used to categorize user profiles.

To create a functional area:

  1. Open Functional Area settings page.
  2. Click the ADD FUNCTIONAL AREA button.
  3. In the New Functional Area popup box, fill in the Functional Area Name, and Description fields. Note that these fields are mandatory.
  4. Click CREATE.ย 

To edit or delete an existing functional area:

  1. To edit, click the Edit icon next to the description of the functional area.
  2. Update the required details. Note that Functional Area Name and Description fields are mandatory.
  3. Click UPDATE.
  4. To delete, click the Delete icon.
  5. Click OK in the popup box to confirm the deletion.ย
