Classroom Settings – VENUE

Before you create a Classroom, certain details such as the Venue, Instructor, and vILT configurations need to be set up. These can be achieved in the Classroom settings page.

To open the Classroom settings, hover over the Settings icon on the left panel. Then click the Classroom Settings icon. The Classroom Settings page opens. There are three tabs, namely, VENUE, INSTRUCTORS, and VILT CONFIGURATION on this page.

In the VENUE tab, add, edit, or delete any venues where you can hold classroom sessions. Use the Search function to search and identify an existing venue.

To add a new venue:

  1. In the Classroom Settings page, click the VENUE tab.
  2. Click the ADD VENUE button.
  3. Fill the details for all the fields. All fields are mandatory.
  4. Click SAVE.

To edit or delete an existing venue:

  1. To edit, click the Edit icon next to the Venue details.
  2. Update the required details.ย 
  3. Click UPDATE.
  4. To delete, click the Delete icon.
  5. Click OK in the popup box to confirm the deletion.ย
