Security

In this technology-driven era, user privacy and security can be at great risk, if proper attention is not given. We, at Fractal, are driven to safeguard the user information entrusted with us.

When users access Fractal, their IP address, email address, and mobile number are stored in our database. But these information are not stored as plain text; they are masked as encrypted hashes before sending them to the database for storage. This ensures the safety of the information even during any cases of a breach in security.

Similarly, key data such as authentication information is removed from the API keys and tokens when an API is called from the front-end. By removing such sensitive information, data leakage is avoided from the Fractal system.
