Rebrand Instance – BRANDING tab

Use the White Labeling option to customize the environment and rebrand the entire instance. Add hints of your company and its colors using the various options available!

To open the White Labeling settings, hover over the Settings icon on the left panel. Then click the White Labeling icon. The White Labeling settings page opens. This page has three tabs, namely, BRANDING, HOME PAGE, and CONTACT DETAILS.ย 

BRANDING

You can customize the logo, banner image for login page, and color scheme for your instance in this tab. You can also set the font and change the Social login option in this tab.

To change the logo:

  1. Click the BRANDING Tab.
  2. In the Logo section, click the CHANGE LOGO button.
  3. Choose the desired image from your local drive and click Open. A .jpeg image with aspect ratio 25:12 is the best fit!
  4. The new image will be updated as the logo.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click SAVE.

To change the login banner image:

  1. Click the BRANDING Tab.
  2. In the Login section, click the CHANGE LOGIN BANNER IMAGE button.
  3. Choose the desired image from your local drive and click Open.
  4. The new image will be updated as the login page banner image.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click SAVE.

To change the color scheme:

  1. Click the BRANDING Tab.
  2. In the Color Scheme section, click the Primary sample color.
  3. Choose a color and its shade from the palette, or mention the hexadecimal or RGB code of the desired color.
  4. Similarly, choose the desired color for Secondary color as well.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click SAVE.

To change the font:

  1. Click the BRANDING Tab.
  2. In the Font section, click the Fonts field.
  3. From the drop-down menu, choose the desired font.
  4. Click SAVE.

To enable/disable the Social Login option:

  1. Click the BRANDING Tab.
  2. In the Social Login section, click the slider in the Enable/Disable Social Login field.
  3. Click SAVE.ย
