Purchase 

Note:
This option is unavailable for a Business User.

To purchase a paid Catalog Item, add the selected Catalog Items to the Cart for an outright purchase, or add them to your Wishlist to review your selections.

There are 3 ways to purchase a Catalog Item:

  • Adding item to Wishlist
  • Adding item to Cart
  • Clicking on the Buy Now button

Adding item to Wishlist

  1. To add a Catalog Item to Wishlist, click the Wishlist icon on the course tile in the What’s new? section. Alternatively, you can also open the item and then click the Wishlist icon.
  2. Once you click the Wishlist icon, the message ‘Added to Wishlist’ will be displayed.
  3. Next, click the Wishlist icon in the top right corner of the page. A drop-down menu appears showing all the Catalog Items on your Wishlist
  4. Click GO TO WISHLIST to open the MY WISHLIST page. On this page, you can also delete items from the wishlist. 
  5. Click CHECKOUT to proceed to the CHECKOUT page.
  6. Fill in the required details and complete the payment.

Adding item to Cart

  1. To add a Catalog Item to Cart, click the Cart icon on the course tile in the What’s new? section. Alternatively, you can also open the item and then click the Cart icon.
  2. Once you click the Cart icon, the message ‘Added to Cart’ will be displayed. You can choose to checkout from this point or complete your purchase later.
  3. Clicking the Cart icon on the top right corner of the page will give you the list of items in your cart.
  4. Click GO TO CART to open the MY CART page to review. From this page, you can also delete items from the Cart if required. 
  5. Click CHECKOUT to proceed to the CHECKOUT page.
  6. Fill in the required details and complete the payment.

Clicking the Buy Now button

  1. Navigate to the What’s new? section in the home page.
  2. Locate the Catalog Item that you want to purchase and click it to view the details. 
  3. Click the BUY NOW button. You will be redirected to the CHECKOUT page. 
  4. Fill in the required details and complete the payment.

To view your Purchase History:

  1. Click the Profile icon on the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Select Purchase History from the drop-down menu. 
  3. The PURCHASE HISTORY page opens listing all the transactions made.

In the mobile app, click the Cart icon on the Catalog Item tile to add it to the cart. Then click the Cart icon in the top right corner to open MY CART page. This page lists all the Catalog Items that have been added in the cart. You can delete items from the cart or CHECKOUT the items to buy them. 

Alternatively, you can click the BUY button on the tile or in the details page of the Catalog Item to directly proceed to the payment gateway.

Note:
A Business User will not have the option to purchase any Catalog Item since the Admin will purchase it for them and assign it.
