Learners Dashboard

The DASHBOARD page is the latest feature in Fractal. The DASHBOARD page consists of various tiles such as RANK and POINTS, CERTIFICATIONS, LEARNING PROGRESS, COMPETENCIES, TRAINING TIME, LEARNING RESOURCES, and YOUR LEARNING CALENDAR. Each of these tiles shows various stats based on your usage of the Fractal account.

RANK and POINTS: This tile displays your rank compared to the other users in the instance and the points you have accumulated by completing Catalog Items. Click the LEADERBOARD link to navigate to the LEADERBOARD page. This page displays all the users and their ranks in ascending order.

CERTIFICATION: This tile displays the number of certifications you have completed. Click the PROFILE link to navigate to the MY ACCOUNT page.

LEARNING PROGRESS: This tile displays your learning progress with respect to the Catalog Items that you have enrolled into. Click the DETAILS button to navigate to MY LEARNING page.

COMPETENCIES: This tile is visible only if enabled. This tile displays the competencies you have earned based on the Catalog Items that you have completed.

TRAINING TIME: This tile displays a scale of the total time of completed training hours against the total time of all the Catalog Items you have enrolled into.

LEARNING RESOURCES: This tile displays the learning progress with respect to the total number of Learning Objects in all the Catalog Items that you have enrolled into.

YOUR LEARNING CALENDAR: This tile displays a calendar. The dots below the date indicate the classroom sessions arranged for that day. Click the GO TO CALENDAR link to navigate to the MY CALENDAR page. Here you can see a detailed view of your schedule, which includes classroom sessions.
