Launch an Event

To launch an event/ join a session:

1. On the classroom details page, click the web conference link given in the description of the Classroom. 
2. A new tab opens in which you can launch the meeting.
   • In the case of a Zoom Meeting, make sure that Start Zoom app is installed in your system to launch the meeting. In case it is not installed, a file is downloaded on clicking the Zoom Meeting link in the description box. Double-click the downloaded file and allow installation. In the pop-up windows, click the Open Zoom Meetings button to launch the meeting in the application. You will be able to join the meeting if the host has already started the meeting.
